Who we are and what you are accepting

SpyOnWeb.net is operated by Color Vivo Internet (Spain). By browsing the site, running a lookup or creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.

What the service does

SpyOnWeb correlates public information about domains — analytics and advertising identifiers, DNS records, IP addresses, SSL certificates and detected technologies — and lets you monitor changes over time. It is an analysis tool aimed at security research, due diligence and competitive analysis.

Accounts

You need a valid email address to create an account, and you must verify it before signing in. You are responsible for keeping your password and API key safe and for everything done through your account. One person or organisation, one account: creating multiple accounts to get around usage limits is not allowed. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by writing to [email protected].

Acceptable use

You may not use SpyOnWeb to:

• Break any applicable law, or infringe the rights of third parties.
• Attack, scan without authorisation, or otherwise interfere with the infrastructure of the domains you analyse.
• Harass, profile or track individuals, or process personal data unlawfully.
• Scrape the service outside the API, circumvent rate limits, or resell the data as if it were your own product.
• Compromise the availability or security of SpyOnWeb itself.

Usage limits and the API

Every plan carries query and monitor limits, published on the pricing page. We may apply per-minute, hourly or monthly limits and technical anti-abuse measures. We can adjust those limits to keep the service stable, and we will announce any material reduction in advance to registered users.

Data accuracy

The data comes from public sources and from our own crawls, and it is provided as is. It may be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check anything relevant against the original source before acting on it: SpyOnWeb is a research aid, never evidence in itself.

Intellectual property

The software, the design, the brand and the structure of the site belong to Color Vivo Internet. You may use the results of your queries in your own work — reports, research, internal analysis — but not copy the service or present it as your own.

Paid plans

The service currently runs in free mode. When paid plans open, prices, billing cycle and cancellation terms will be shown before you subscribe and will be handled through our payment processor. Nothing in these terms obliges you to pay for anything you have not explicitly subscribed to.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service up, but we do not commit to any specific uptime. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may run maintenance windows. If we discontinue the service altogether we will give registered users reasonable notice so they can export their data.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or delete an account that breaches these terms, abuses the infrastructure or is used for unlawful purposes. Where the breach is minor we will warn you first whenever that is reasonable.

Liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of data arising from your use of SpyOnWeb, or from decisions you take based on its results. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

How we handle your personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the service or the regulations change. The current version is always published on this page with its last updated date, and we will notify registered users of any material change by email.
